This painting shows an arrangement of dead birds and a rabbit on a wooden surface covered with a red cloth. The animals are upside down, with their heads hanging over the edge of the surface and their bodies piled atop one another. The animals are primarily brown and gray, with accents of white, grey, black, and green from the birds' plumage. The background is brown, with hints of green and pink on the right side, along with the faint outline of trees or bushes.
