This print shows an anthropomorphic figure that looks like a donkey sitting upright and wearing the clothes of a human. The donkey sits sideways on a platform, facing the left, with its torso upright and legs balanced on a surface. The donkey has long ears that stand straight up and a snout featuring prominent nostrils and a slight smile. It wears a jacket with a high collar and trousers. The donkey is holding a large open book that rests on the platform in front of it, featuring images of donkeys on each visible page. There appear to be other, indistinct objects around it. The background is gray with a simple speckled pattern.
