This painting shows a bouquet of various colorful flowers bursting out of a glass vase. A large, bright orange lily is at the center, surrounded by a variety of large and small flowers in red, white, blue, yellow, and pink, with a large blue iris in the top right corner. Some flowers are drooping over the top of the vase, and a few small ones have fallen to the table below. The glass vase is packed with the long green stems of the flowers, giving it a green appearance. The vase rests on a light gray table, and there is a brown beetle on the left and a caterpillar on the right, near the edge of the table. The wall behind the flowers is black.
